We are happy to refund or exchange your goods based on the criteria below
If you have changed your mind regarding the purchase you need to place the Refund/Exchange request within 30 days and the item must be returned to us within the 30 day period from when the item was received.
The goods need to be complete and undamaged and with the original packaging.
The cost of the return delivery shall be paid for by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by us.
If your item is defective/broken/faulty and under warranty and is returned in 30 days we will refund the P&P costs.
