This robust rug with neck element is perfect for unpredictable weather, combining the functionality of a robust pasture rug with that of a rain sheet. The middle neck, back, chest and tail cover are made of waterproof (3000 mm water column**) and breathable 600 Denier polyester to protect sensitive equine back muscles from the elements. The rug is lined with a lightweight, smooth material that's gentle on coats and helps prevent chafing. The matching neck element can be easily attached to the headcollar with an elastic hook-and-loop band and around the horse's neck with 3 hoop-and-loop fasteners. The sides are made of solid fine-weave polyester. The extra-wide belly cover and matching fly mask keep out flying insects. A generous reinforced crease allows the horse free moving space. Two front fasteners along with adjustable belly cover and leg straps allow this blanket to be individually fitted to any horse or pony. The extra-wide belly cover features both wide hook-and-loop fasteners and quick-release fasteners to prevent slippage. Machine washable, max. 30°C
